Executive team
Wayne M. Wilks
Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Wayne has more than twenty years of executive leadership in large multi-site operations, technology integration and financial services. He founded NextAxis and sets its direction on architecture, governance and human oversight, and leads investor and government relationships. He holds doctoral, master's and bachelor's degrees.
Alex Salguedo
Chief Operating Officer. Alex is a transformation and operations leader with more than twenty-five years of experience designing operating models, governance and executive reporting for financial institutions. His background includes strategic transformation and program leadership roles at global advisory and financial technology firms, and long service as a U.S. Army Reserve officer. He holds a business degree in computer information systems and Six Sigma and Scrum certifications.
Charlene Ingraham
Chief Revenue Officer. Charlene has more than eight years of experience in client relationship management, strategic partnerships and business development across corporate, entrepreneurial and public-sector organizations. She has led VIP client programs, vendor and event partnerships and service teams, and advises small businesses on partnership and growth strategy. She leads NextAxis revenue and client relationships.
Laquiton Hare
Chief Technology Officer. Laquiton is a technology and cybersecurity leader with more than fifteen years of experience in defense and enterprise environments. His work covers multi-cloud architecture, Zero-Trust security, identity and access management, and infrastructure automation. He leads NextAxis engineering, security and infrastructure, and holds CompTIA Security+ and a degree in network administration.
Sheneka Jackson-Hare
Chief People Officer. Sheneka is a human resources executive with experience supervising personnel operations for large, diverse workforces across multiple states, including personnel actions, administration and organizational development. She holds an MBA in human resource management and a bachelor's degree in business administration, and leads NextAxis people, culture and training.
