RESOURCES
Case Studies
Customer stories that show what the work involved, what people decided and what the record showed, shared with their permission.
What we are preparing
The starting point
How the work was done before, and what the team wanted to improve.
• The process in plain terms
• The baseline measures
• What had to stay under human control
How it ran
Where the automation handled work, where people reviewed and how exceptions were handled.
• Checkpoints and reviewers
• What was flagged and why
• What the permanent record captured
What was measured
Results tied to a baseline and to recorded decisions, not to activity counts.
• Completed work
• Reviewer-accepted work
• Work used downstream
• Business result achieved
Our approach
We do not have customer stories to share yet, and we will not invent them. Each case study will be written with the customer, approved by them and clear about how results were measured.
We measure on four levels, from completed tasks to the business result, because completed work alone does not show that a problem was solved.
Tell us what would help
Short notes from readers shape what we write first. Email us and tell us which of these matters most to you.
Your industry
Which industry or workflow you would most want to see a story about.
Your questions
What you would want a customer to be able to tell you before you decide.
Your evidence bar
What kind of proof you need, such as a baseline, a time frame or a named reviewer.
Want to be a first case study?
If you would like to explore a pilot and a joint write-up once there is something real to show, email us. We will explain what is involved before anything is agreed.
